These terms cover your use of this website, run by Amir Marashi as The Third Script. They do not cover paid work: each project has its own terms of engagement, which I send with the quote.

Who owns the content

The words, sculptures, drawings, videos and logo on this website belong to The Third Script, unless it says otherwise. Work made for clients is shown with their permission and may belong to them.

You are welcome to share links to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please ask before reusing anything else.

General information only

This website describes what I offer and how I work. It is general information, not advice for your situation. Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars, with no GST charged; a written quote sets the actual price.

I try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but I do not promise that it is complete or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

This website links to other websites, such as Cal.com for booking a call and Instagram for my studio work. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Changes and questions

I may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Questions are welcome at hello@thethirdscript.com.
